Q: Your name is Snowshoe Ski Delivery, do you rent snowboards?

A: Yes, you can rent snowboards, skis only, snowboard only, helmets, and poles. We also offer demo packages for both skis and snowboards.

Q: Do you deliver off the mountain?

A: Yes, we deliver off the mountain within a mile radius of the base of the resort.

Q: How long does the fitting process take?

A: We hope our ski techs can get you fitted in 30 minutes or less. Larger groups can sometimes take a little longer. Lodging accessibility can also be a factor.

Q: Do you pay for rentals during the reservation process or when equipment is delivered?

A: Once you have completed the online reservation on our secure website your credit card will be charged for the days requested. A confirmation email will be sent with reservation details and your receipt. Additional items can be added when equipment is delivered. 

Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation?

A: If you need to cancel your reservation we require 24 hours lead time.

Q: Do you have group rates?

A: We don't provide group rates at this time.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of group members?

A: No, as long as you have a two-day minimum reservation.

Q: How late can I make my reservation?

A: Reservations need to be submitted 48 hours prior to arrival. Anything submitted within 48 hours will be refunded within 24-28 hours. Please check out our partner shop, Elk River Snowboard & Ski, if you have any last minute equipment rental needs.

Terms & Conditions

Reservations

To qualify for your reservation it must be booked online at www.snowshoeskidelivery.com a full (48 hours) prior to arrival. A minimum 2-day rental is required. You cannot make a reservation online less than 48 hours before your delivery. To make a reservation for delivery within less than 48 hours of your arrival, please call 616-216-5141. Snowshoe Ski Delivery cannot guarantee your reservation when trying to reserve within 48 hours of your arrival. Snowshoe Ski Delivery reserves the right to substitute equipment of equal or greater value in order to accommodate all advance reservations.

Payment Policy

If your reservation is made within the ski booking season your credit card will be charged in full within 24 hours of making your reservation. The ski booking season is considered Thanksgiving through to the resort locations closing day. If your reservation is made outside the ski booking season your credit card will still be charged in full within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will be processed along with your refund.

Early Returns

If you wish to return your equipment before your pre-arranged return date, you must notify Snowshoe Ski Delivery before 10am of the desired return day. If returned after this time, one full day rental will be changed per person. 

Pick-Up and Return Policy

Equipment is delivered between 8 am – 11 pm. Equipment delivered after 2 p.m. will have a rental period beginning the following day. Equipment not returned by 10 am the morning after the due date will result in a full-day rental charge per person.

Damage Waiver

Damage insurance is included in the price of all rentals. This covers damage to the equipment caused by normal wear and tear incurred while skiing. It does not cover damage due to NEGLIGENCE, THEFT, or LOSS. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee if damage occurs outside of normal use.

Minimum Rental Days

Snowshoe Ski Delivery has a 2-day minimum for all ski & snowboard rental packages.
